Authenticity in the Workplace
To be an effective professional at every level in any capacity, it takes a certain amount of finesse, tact, and skill to achieve your goals. Introspectively examine how communicating with authenticity has the potential to impact not only your professional success, but also those with whom you associate. Delve into related business processes that benefit from authenticity and consider its impact on trust, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational culture. Practice concepts in a safe environment among your industry peers and take away ideas for immediate implementation.
The Key TakeAways
-       Authenticity is critical to building trust and meaningful relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.

-       Authenticity is embedded in many business practices to include interviewing, performance management, critical conversations, and career decisions that ultimately impact job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
